September, October and November. Keegan made each of our birthday’s a little more special than all the rest. September 12th he got to give his Grammy her first birthday present from him, and we took her out to dinner. October 5th, a year since I found out I was pregnant, I loved spending my birthday with my bubba, my first birthday present from him was Audrey Hepburn coasters. I love Audrey! November 26 he hung out with his daddy all day long on his birthday, and daddy’s present from bub and momma was a grill. Keegan picked it out. Besides spending our birthdays with us he celebrated his first Halloween and Thanksgiving.
Right before Halloween Kenny had his work picnic, where all the men and women who work there can bring their families to the foundry, for the first time we got to show bubba off to all of ken’s friends at work. Kenny carried him around the foundry and showed bub what he did every day at work.
For his first Halloween he was a tootsie roll and he got to pass out candy with me and ken, we had so many comments on how cute he was. He and Preslie were the cutest little tootsie roll and sheep you’d ever see.
Thanksgiving came right after ken’s birthday, we went to my meemaw and pawpaw’s house for dinner, preslie and keegan were starting to crawl now. We took pictures all day long, preslie loved eating mashed potatoes and ham and keegan liked mashed potatoes and loved pie.Milestones and changes:
· Crawling
· Sitting up by himself
· Laughing
· Playing more
· Started saying momma and dada
· Favorites food are sweet potatoes, carrots and squash
· Loves bath time
· Fights sleep
· Knows his names- keegan and “bubba”
· 4 teeth
· Gives kisses
· Started pulling up on furniture
· Favorite toy- his teething rings and penguin ball pit
